Under most circumstances, once a charge has been made, we cannot offer a refund.

If there are specific circumstances that warrant special review, we will consider giving a refund. 

By using this service you agree to this policy and waive all rights to dispute the subscription charges.

Please note, that since this is a subscription based service, you will be charged on a regular basis.

To cancel your subscription:

• use the link from your confirmation email, or
• log in to your account, click on "manage subscriptions", or 
• click on "manage subscriptions" (without logging in) and insert your email on file to receive a magic link to your subscriptions

and then click on "cancel subscription".
